1 Introduction for Gas Fired Hot Air Furnace

 

Indirect gas (oil)-fired hot air furnace adopting all-welded plate heat exchanger structure. The high temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of natural gas will exchange out the high temperature clean air through heat exchange plates, which is used to heat and dry food, medicine and other products with high requirements for heat source.

 

2 Advantages for Gas Fired Hot Air Furnace

 

1. The structure is compact and floor area is small compared with the traditional tube type hot air furnace.

2. The maximum heat exchange air temperature can reach 600℃.

3. The exhaust temperature is low, the exhaust temperature of off-gas can be decreased to 100℃, improving the heat exchange efficiency.

4. The part touched with the medium adopts high quality stainless steel material, no pollution to the medium. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and other  industries with high requirements to the medium.
