Product Description
Roxithromycin is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic.Roxithromycin is derived from erythromycin, containing the same 14-membered lactone ring. However, an N-oxime side chain is attached to the lactone ring. Roxithromycin very slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in acetone, in alcohol and in methylene chloride. Roxithromycin is slightly soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid.
Applications
Application:
1. As an antibacterial agent, it is effective for staphylococcus, hemolytic streptococcus, etc; 2. Mainly used for the treatment of avian cholera, poultry typhoid, chicken autumn insect disease and so on.
Function:
1. Chlorphenylguanidine is a guanidine derivative.It has been widely used in the prevention and control of coccidiosis in birds and rabbits; 2. The mechanism of chlorphenylguanidine against coccidia is to affect adenosine triphosphate and interfere with the protein metabolism of coccidia; 3. The peak of chlorphenylguanidine on coccidioides was mainly in the first generation of schizosomes, which prevented the formation of schizosomes.
