Our company takes all responsinility for the quality problems
until buyer’s quality inspection. Our company takes no responsibility for the problems occurring in transportation or incorrect
assembly&adjustment from the buyer, If it happens, we will give parts for replacement or repairing, but all cost will be on buyer.
We will strictly stick to the warranty(details see below warranty rules)
Quality claim range：Only when buyer receive the cargo and found difference from the quality inspection report before delivery.
Buyer should present the report from third party inspection.
1. 125cc&150cc engine warranty is one year or 6000kms，50cc&below engine warranty is 6 month or 3000km, start from the date of arriving at destination port, any exceeding is expiry.
2. Plastic parts are not in warranty, unless found broken when open package.
B、SITUATION OUT OF WARRANTY:
1. Over the warranty period or milage(according to invoice).
2. Damage during buyer’s repairing or replacement.
3. Damage because of user’s maintenance not complying with the user’s manual.
4. Required maintenance parts is not complete.
5. Damage because of self modification or adding any electric appliances.
6. Damage because of earth quake, typhoon, flood and other force majeure.
7. Damage in condition any malfunction were found but not repaired in time.
8. Any bike sold&bought with special&treating price.
9. Air filter, bulbs, plastic parts, fuse, spark plug, brake pads, driving chain are not in warranty.
10. Other easily worn-out parts.
