PTFE Lining Feature
PTFE whole mold sinter: in this product process, the steel part work as mold, PTFE was molded by high pressure, it would be anintegrated steel part after sinter. It shows feature: whole seamless, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance,high-pressure resistance, anti-infiltration, anti-vacuum, variable structure allowed, suitable for pipes DN<1000mm.
PTFE extruded pipe-tight lining: corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, anti-infiltration, high-temperature resistance, slightly worse anti-vacuum, good for straight pipe <300mm
PTFE on site-adhesive: corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, anti-infiltration, high-temperature resistance, slightly worse anti-vacuum, suitable for large tank.
ETFE,PO roll lining: corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, anti-infiltration, anti-vacuum, slightly worse
high-temperature resistance, variable structure allowed, whole seamless, suitable for device DN<6000mm.
