 1.    Racking System

The rack system is used to store the box or pallet cargo. Rack system used for AS/RS usually consists of pallet racking and cantilever racking, treated with powder coated, dismantled structure. Follow is the specification of racking system.

2. Storage&Retrieval Machine 

In Stacker CraneType ASRS adop Stacker Crane to fullfill the task of store or retrieval cargo from/into Shelf area.

3. Conveying System

Conveying system is include by various of conveyor system, lifting & transferring device, lift, RGV, detecting door etc.

The conveying system  main function is connect with the storage&retrieval machines to convey the cargo from shelf/racking to entrance or exit of the full system

4. Electrical Controlling system

The electrical controlling system is to control all the machines(hardware)in ASRS, for example, to control the movement of Stacker crane,

5. WMS System

Hardwares of WMS System: star network structure, network sever, RF server, computers for management and monitor, RF base station and RF terminal for in/out warehouse of goods.

6. Other related equipment

Other related equipment include switching cart, rail cart, O/R table, automatic guided vehicle, auto-picking system, electronic label, pallet lift and so on.

      a. buyer installed themselves according to our brief guide note;

      b. we send technician to finish installation, buyer should pay us the cost.

3. Spare parts changing ( over warranty):

      We offer any very small quantity ( much less than the MOQ) spare parts need to be changed

      but over the warranty, just take the normal sale price cost, buyer just paid for freight and MOQ

      price is ok.
