1.Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We are a factory. And all our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime you like!
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Qingshui Industrial Park,Jiujiang District,Wuhu City, Anhui Province, China.About 2 hours by train from Nangjing.You can come directly or let us direct you how to come. If you come,it is our pleasure to provide you an exceptional and unparalleled customer service.We can book room and pick you up at Nanjing or Shanghai airport.
3.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples.Our sample is not free,but if you order more than 10 pcs products for sample,we can send you a little gift with Chinese characteristic as a souvenir.Normally the lead time for shipment of American style casket is 15-20days, European style coffin is 10-15 days.Please contact us if you need.
4.Q:Why our sample is more expensive than goods?
A:As you can find,the price of sample and goods we offered had no big difference.It is because sample need better wooden packing for transport to protect it from damage,we need to include the extra money of packing and inland fee.
5.Q:How about your packing?What's the difference between the sample packing and packing for container?
A:Our packing is tailor-made according to size of casket or coffin.Parking for container,we use plywood end caps and honeycomb cardboard box.For sample packing,we use sandwich plate.So you don't need to worry weather the packing is suitable for a long sea voyage or casket will damage during transport.
6.Q:What is your delivery time for container?
A:With PPS (production planning system),we have smooth procedure,which can ensure you better quality,and larger benefits.So our delivery time is 40 days for solid casket,35 days for MDF with veneer,and 20 days for cardboard.
7.Q:What we will do if your goods damage during the transportation?
A:Of coure we will try our best to ensure the goods security to your port.If your goods have the paint problems ,we will offer you a 'paint repair suit',and a operating manual to deal with that problem easily.If your goods arrives damaged,please take pictures to us.We will figure out what the issue is,and try to avoid in the future.I believe with our persistent efforts to persume perfect,we can provide you superior products and excellent service.
