Baypure Magnetic Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from serum, plasma, lymph, acellular humoral fluid, cell culture supernatant, urine or all kinds of virus preservation solution. The unique magnetic particles technology provides high quality of DNA extraction by changing affinity of magnetic particles. This system can be easily adapted to a variety of automated platforms.
DNA purified by this kit is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications such as amplifications, enzymatic reactions, Southern blotting, High-throughput sequencing and cDNA library constructing.
