A: Yes, we welcome custom made jewelry. We will offer 3D artwork for u to check the design before production.

A: MOQ is 50pcs per style.

Q3: How many deposit we need to pay before production?
A: 50% deposit before production,50% balance before delivery

Q4: Can we engrave my own LOGO on the ring?

A: Yes, you can. We are able to engraving your logo on every item without additional costs

Q5:How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 30-35 working days.

Q6:How about your package?
A: Usually we use PP bag for individual piece, if you have any other special package, like gift or velvet bag, it will be charged at cost.
