Qiaohong Airlaid is a kind of nonwovens, which is produced by heat bonding production process, and made by mixing fluff pulp and bico fibers into a web under airflow.
The product has high elasticity, softness, excellent handle and draping feeling, high water absorption and good water retentio performance. It is widely used in health care products, special medical products, industrial wiping products and other fields.
Product basic weight: 40-500gsm, effective slitting width: 45-2100mm, SAP adding ratio : 0-60%, product packaging: in roll
orfestooned( box type).
If SAP added into the airlaid paper, it will greatly improve the absorbency, and can be customized according to different
customerrequirements.

Production Process
1. Feeding Raw Materials
2. Large piece of Airlaid Paper is forming On-line
3. Jumbo roll finished after reeled the paper
4. Sampling and testing the products for jumbo roll, and test after slitting.
5. Slitting to different Customized widths
6. Packing after passed the tests
Packing & Delivery
1, Packed in roll. Inner Core size: 3 inches, roll outer diameter: 1100MM or customizable. Some rolls are wrapped in wrinkling film, with card board paper on the top and bottom. Can be wrapped with a paper pallet or no pallet.
2. Packed in festooed, box type. Size for one bale : 1130(L)*980(W)*1080 to 1200(H)mm. The bale is packaged by the Heat shrink film with MDF on the top and bottom. To isolate from Airlaid paper, each MDF are packed in a PE bag. Then two bales are wrapped by the wrapping film on a paper pallet.
