1. What certification we have ?
A: CE, ISO9000, BSI testing report approved for various type of products.
2. What is the warranty of product ?
A: If our product is not damaged by malicious purpose or improper operation, we usually provide with 5 years warranty for each product.
3. How do you manage product quality?
A: We proceed IQC (incoming quality control) when received raw material.

C. Size, quality and fucntion check before shipment.
4. If require sample from us?
A: Most of Sample are FREE offered for testing.
5. What is our payment term?
A: Usually T/T. We take 30% downpay before production, balance 70% 3-days before shipment.
6. What service we offer?
A: Customized, OEM or ODM are most welcome. Basically we provide all in one service from raw material to finished products.
