I.Application and features 

Automatic TIG Overlay welding the surface of pipe cylinder roller appearance, depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement, easy to clamp. 

2.Welding torch moves forward-backward along with axis ,can adjust up and down ,forward and backward for different size workpiece. Workpiece is rotating,the welding position is horizontal.

3.Workpiece rotation is driven by power head, end face positioning, rotary welding.

4.Machine has high voltage and slow wire feeding function, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. It also has low welding voltage and low current for filling crater.

5.It adopts push type wire feeding mode to guarantee the stability of wire feeding.

6.Using 4 axis CNC and PLC to control the whole operation. The rotation speed of workpiece is adjusted by A/C inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability of equipment.

7.The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, the parameter modification and status switch can be conveniently reached.

II.Equipment Composition

It consists of the machine body, rotation axis box, fixtures, conductive mechanism, welding torch clamping&adjustment mechanism, cross mechanism, electrical control system, welding power source and pneumatic system 

1. Machine body

It adopts welded body. Machine base is welded by square tube and steel plate. It will choose annealing heat treatment after welding. Column and boom, rotation axis box and end face positioning mechanism are installed in machine base.  

2.Welding Torch Clamping&Adjustment Forward-Backward Mechanism

The welding torch is moved forward-backward, driven by the servo motor,  to realize the switch between preparation and welding station. The welding torch adopts push wire type to ensure stable wire feeding. The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right and angled turn. The fine adjustment of the welding torch adopts motor-driven up and down fine adjustment mode and screw adjustment, accurate adjustment, high positioning accuracy, and can be tightened after adjustment.  

3.Column and Boom Mechanism

It is composed of stand column and moving boom. The rail is installed on the column and is decelerated by the worm and gear, it is driven by the screw to move up and down. Moving boom is guided by rail, the motor is slowed down by worm and gear, than transmitted by rack pinion, to reach the forward and backward movement of boom. Wire feeder is mounted in the upper end of boom, it moves along with boom, to guarantee the stability of wire feeding. 

4. Welding current, welding voltage and welding speed use D/A control, they can be preset. 80 sets welding parameters can be stored and recalled separately.

5.Integrated control panel box. Control button, touch screen, welding specification are in a concentrated panel, easy to operate.

2.1.Customers can get free technical training in China factory. Mainly training are operate the machine to weld,Basic daily cleaning and maintenance for the machine,Solutions for common hardware problems,online training is ok.2.2.When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training in Buyer's place, Buyer should afford the Labour cost of engineers(100.00 USD per person per day),undertake all the relative expenses,like Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses and so on

3.Pre-shipment inspection system:

3.1 According to the customer‘s shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each part of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.

3.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

4 .Afer sale service system

4.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.

4.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .

Answer: Please tell us below information ,then we can design for your workpiece:

1.1  the material of your workpiece, it is better to give us the Workpiece real picture .

1.2 ,the length ,width,thickness of your workpiece or send the drawing of workpiece ,if there are different size workpiece ,tell us the range (Min and max )

For PLC : We usually use Omron and Siemens PLC, Customers can specify the brand

For robot :We usually use OTC ,YASUKAWA ,ABB or kuka ,or Customers can specify the brand.
