How to chose the material
NBR70°
Temperature resistance: -20℃ to 100 ℃
Advantages: Good oil resistance, low cost, wide application.
Disadvantages:Poor resistance to Oxides, ozone and solvents.
SIL60°
Temperature resistance: -60℃ to 230℃
Advantages: Good low temperature resistance, good grade.
Disadvantages: Poor tear resistance, poor wear and gas resistance.
EPDM70°
Temperature resistance:-55℃ to 150℃
Advantages: Good ozone resistance, flame retardant and weather resistance
Disadvantages: Poor resistance to oxides and solvents
VT75°
Temperature resistance: -20℃ to 250℃
Advantages: Excellent resistance to acid, alkali, oil and various solvents
Disadvantages: poor resistance to low molecular low weight ketones and ethers
HNBR70°
Temperature resistance:-30℃ to 150 ℃
Advantages: excellent oil and hydraulic resistance
Disadvantages: slow curing speed, high cost
1.Where is your factory and how can we visit it?
Our factory is located in Jiangsu province and welcome all customers visit us from your airpot to Shanghai airport and take 2 hours train to our factory.
2.What is the features of your rubber material?
Heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance d, water resistance etc. Pls provide us your condition we may sugget right material based on that.
3. What size do you have.
We have some moulds, we will check after your information, if no moulds we can quote based on open new moulds price.
4. Can I get a sample.
Yes, but size might not exact same with your request, we may give you a similar size ones. Note: free samples with freight collection.
5.What is the MOQ ?
Well its depend on are we have in stock, and how big is your products.
6.What is your delivery time?
