This machine uses ultrasonic to create a welded track to enable wide edge reinforcement,edges are stronger than with the direct cutting technology,as many yarns are linked together.There are two steps in the operation :Creates an ultrasonic sealed track on the fabric,The melting pattern is defined by the welding wheel design. Then use blade cutting in the middle of the welded track.This equipment is generally installed on weaving looms.
