A: Yes, the factory is a professional factory and has manufacturing experience for 36 years. We 100% produce children’s shoes.
Q: What is the factory’s production capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 5,000,000 per year.
2.Regarding the order:
Q: Can you use our logo on your design?
A: Yes, we can change our logo to yours, but we need MOQ 300 pairs per design per color.
Q: Can you make our design?
A: Yes, we can make your design, but we need MOQ 500 pairs per design per color.
Q: Can you make shoes for adults?
A: Currently we don’t accept order for adults as we are specialized in children’s shoes.
3.Regarding the sample:
Q: Can you provide your sample?
A: Yes, you can buy our sample directly through RTS order.
Q: Can you make sample of our design?
A: Yes, we can make samples, but we will charge reasonable sample fee and later it can it can be deducted from your first payment (usually the deposit payment).
4.Regarding the delivery:
Q: What is your production time after order confirmation?
A: Normally we need 30 to 45 days to make mass production after order is confirmed.
Q: Where is your port to ship by sea or air?
A: The port nearby is Ningbo or Shanghai. If by air, we can ship from Ningbo, Shanghai and Hangzhou.
Q: If we need sample of your design, how long will you ship out?
A: We can ship at once (within 24 hours).
Q: If we need sample of our design, how long will you ship out?
A: Usually we can ship out within 15 days. If the outsole needs to be customized, we need extra 10 days.
