Yes, sample orders are always welcome. According to our sample policy, samples are charged at retail price. All sample cost will be refunded when customer place the formal order.

2.What's your MOQ?
1000PCS for most items with new customers. For old customers, less quantity is also welcome as trial order.

3.Can I order the products with my own brand?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders. Please send us your requirements and our representatives will be happy to help you.

4.What is your factory production capability?
Jiangmen Dynasty operates a factory with a fully automated assembling line, a team of aroma experts in product design and quality control. We are able to produce 600K units of essential oil products per month, or 100K units of diffuser products per month.

5.What are our export packaging methods?
We are able to accommodate different packaging methods. Please send us your requirements and our representative will be more than happy to help you.

6. What's your payment method and payment term?
Payment method: T/T, western union, online payment.
Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for big order.
It's suggested 100% payment in advance for small order less than 1000USD in order to save bank charges.

7. What's your production time?
3-7 days for stock products. 30-35 days for OEM, ODM, and customize order.
