1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept small quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan
for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope you would increase your order qty after
you check our product quality and acknowledge our services.
2.How can I get a sample?
We usually provide customer existing stock sample with free of charge.And if you need sample in your OEM color and print,we will
charge you the real happening cost, and the charge is refundable when order is placed.
We accept sample charge by paypal payment.
We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like FedEx, UPS,DHL or
TNT,it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available,we could prepay the freight here and you just pay it to our
paypal account accordingly.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.
4.How long is your production lead time?
It depends on the product and order quantity. Normally, it takes 30 days for an order with MOQ qty.
5.How many colors are available?
We match color with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the Pantone color code you need.We will match the color
accordingly. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6.what is your payment term?
Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
We also accept Paypal !
