1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer? We are a manufacturer, we have our own factory, located in Jinshan district, Shanghai. We are a professional supplier with over 10 years’ experience in plastic products area.
2. Can we get some samples for testing? We can offer you samples, but the samples fee and freight charges should be paid by you.
3. Do you provide food-grade containers? Can I use for food storage? Yes. Our containers are food grade with 100% new virgin material, it can be used for food or liquid directly.
4. What colors are available for your containers? Do you accept custom colors? We have white/blue/translucent colors. We can provide custom colors as your inquiry, but it has MOQ. Please contact us if you have special color needs.
5. How long is your delivery time? Small quantity: 1-3 working days. Mass production: about 7-15 working days. It depends on order quantity.
6. What are your terms of payment? Payment <$5000, T/T 100% payment in advance. Payment ≥$5000, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
7. What if products have some quality problems? This situation rarely happen due to we have very strict quality control on every product. Contact us immediately if you have any quality issues and we believe we can solve it out with your satisfaction.
