Chlorine Dioxide, a kind of highly effective, safe, quick and broad spectrum disinfectant, can kill all microorganisms in water including vegetative forms of bacteria, bacteria spores fungus and various virus and etc. chlorine dioxide can penetrate the cell walls of microorganism and kill it by oxidizing enzyme including sulfenyl and restraining synthesizing protein inside microorganism. Fish are eukaryotic cells structure, avoiding damage from the chlorine dioxide. So this product is harmless to fish, it is recognized safe and environmental protect disinfectant. This product can be used to treat fish, shrimp, crab, turtle and fogs of bacterial or virus disease. Chlorine Dioxide performs more efficient than Calcium Hypochlorite does. In 1 min, to kill 99.99% Pseudomonas aeruginosa of 1000t water, we need only 480kg Chlorine Dioxide of 10% but 1367kg if we choose Calcium Hypochlorite of 60%. It is clear to see the differences. Then what about 10,000t, 1,000,000t? You can figure that out.
