Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory. Having a manufacturing workshop with raw material of yarns and finished goods. OEM can be accepted.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, where is closed to Shanghai. It is our pleasure to welcome you to visit our factory, and we will arrange to pick you up from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport or Sunan Shuofang International Airport, so the transportation is very convenient.
Q: How can I get samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples, A4 sheet size samples are provided free, just tel us your express account to bear
the freight.
Q: How about the sample time and sample fee?
A: The fabric sample making need about days after having your sample. The sample fee is based in the material and the
design.
Q: How is the QC?
A: We do per ISO9001 Quality System which inspected at least 4 steps with raw material, semi-finished fabric, finished fabric, finished product before delivery.
Q: Can you help me make my own design?
A: Sure. OEM will be allowed.
Q: Can you add my logo on the product?
A: Yes, custom logo are welcome.
Q: How do you deal with product with defect? ( after-sale service)
A: Before order, please feel free to tell us all of your worry, we will try our best to meet your satisfaction. Once you find
any damaged good that you received, please contact us before your treatment, we will solve it immediately.
