This small manual tilting induction melting furnace can operate continuously for 24 hours.The furnace body adopts manual inclined structure, which is simple and convenient, economical and practical.A motor can also be added to make the furnace body automatically tilt into the motor furnace body, especially suitable for the furnace with large capacity and difficult work of manual tilt operation.Metal smelting furnace using silicon carbide graphite and zirconia crucible, usually used to melt gold, silver, copper, aluminum.We will use silicon carbide graphite crucible, and for high melting point metals such as stainless steel, iron, platinum, we will use zirconia crucible which can withstand high temperature.

Application
Feature
1: CDOCAST induction melting machine has the magnetic stirring induction heating function, which can make the metal melting more homogeneous and evenly, additionally, improves the casting speed.
2: Original handle operation, easy and convenient to pour molten metal. Removable high temperature resistant mica board is installed in the dumping area.
3: The entire melting process is safe to operate. When the smelting is completed, the liquid metal can be easily and precisely poured into the mold by moving the handle.
4: The induction melting machine is Configured with a variety of safety alarm system, if the occurrence of over-current, over-voltage, water shortage and other conditions, the machine will stop running automaticlly , which can effectively protect the machine!
5: Thermocouple or infrared thermometer temperature control can be installed as optional part to monitor the temperature of the entire melting process.
6: The highest temperature can reach 2000°C, and the power is high. The metal materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, gold, silver, etc. can be quickly smelted.
7: Comes with the Ability to work continuously for 24 hours, greatly increasing productivity.
