Q1. Do you have any MOQ limited?
A: Basically MOQ is 2 pcs for most products, trail oeder or sample order will be acceptable.
Q2. What's your lead time?
A: 2 days for sample order, 3-7 days for mixed products order, 7-25 days for bulk order or OEM order.
Q3. How about quality warranty?
Most of our products are with 12 months quality warranty.
Q4. Should we use our Logo/brand on the product?
Customized Logo for products or package will be highly welcomed. We made a lot for our customers.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
We usually ship DHL/UPS/Fedex and so on, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive, also you can choose sea or airline service.
Q6. How about quality control and After-Sale services?
100% QC before shipment. If there're some unexpected problem happan, feel free to contact us to get a satisfactory solution.
Q7. What certificates do you have?
We have CE, ROSH , if you have other requirements for the certificate, we can also make it for you.
