-- Usually our MOQ 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2: How can I get a sample?

-- We usually provide customer existing stock sample.

But if you need sample in your OEM color or print design, we can also provide it, and will charge

you some cost based the real cost happening, but the charge is refundable when order is placed.

3: How long is the sample lead time?

-- For existing stock samples, it takes 1-3 days.

If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7-15 days normally.

4: How long is your production lead time?

-- It depends on product stock and order qty.

Normally, it takes us 7-15 days when the order quantity up to our MOQ .

5: Can you do OEM for me?

-- Sure, We can provide OEM orders, just contact us and send us your design.

6: What format of the file do you need if I want to OEM my own design?

-- For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate.

We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve including color,

size and position before real sample making.
