2. How long is the warranty period? Can after sales and installation services be provided?
Our machine is guaranteed for one year. We can provide overseas installation services, and customers need to pay additional fees (air tickets, accommodation, etc.). We will debug the machine. After the customer receives the machine, the machine can be used after the power is connected. If you encounter any problems, we can teach you how to solve them online.
3. How long is the delivery time?
For regular sizes, our warehouses are generally stocked and can be completed in about 15 days. If the customer requires a special size, the delivery time is about 30 days.We will complete the production as soon as possible and deliver as early as possible.
4. I have not purchased this kind of machine before. This is the first operation, is it difficult?
This machine is easy to operate, our technician will teach how to operate. If the customer does not understand the operation, we can send a video to the customer, teach him how to operate, if there is a need for our technical staff to come to the door, also ok.
