   1: Brief introduction of wood pellet production line 

        1: Wood pellet machine is a new energy equipment, and it is a granulation equipment for wood pellet production. 

           2: The raw material need to be crushed, pressurized, densified, and then formed into a small rod-shaped solid particulate fuel  . the pellets size can be adjustable from 4 ~ 12 mm . 

        3: The pellets made can be used in fireplaces, boilers, gasifiers, and biomass power plants and so on . 

   2 : Process of wood pellet making plant /production line

      * Raw materials 

  The raw materials can be used such as rice shell , peanut shell , wheat straw ,corn stalk , wood branches and all kinds of woods and so on .

 *  Crushing part

   We will match you different crusher according to your raw materials , the final crushed diameter is less than 6 mm . 

 * Drying part  

  Use the dryer to dry the crushed materials ,the remand materails moisture should be in the range of 15 % to 18% 

* Pellet making part  

    Usually the wood pellets size is from 4 to 12 mm 

  * Cooling and packing part 

    After making fuel pellets , the temperature of the pellets will be very hot and cannot pack directly , so need a contraflow cooler to decrease the temperature of the pellets so the pellets can pack directly after cooling .
