Pass box   

Main description

Pass box is an auxiliary equipment of clean room, normal type is mainly used between clean room and non-clean room for the transfer of small matter in order to reduce the door open times of clean room and reduce the risk of contamination to lowest.

 

Structure of a pass-through chamber

1. Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized by mechanical means. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened, and the other door must be closed before another door can be opened.

2. Electronic interlock device: internal use of integrated circuit, electromagnetic lock, control panel, indicator light, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is open, the other door open indicator light is not bright, telling that the door can’t be opened, and electromagnetic The lock action implements interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work and the indicator light illuminates, indicating that the other door can be opened.

 

Main features  

1.  Working platform and chamber are made of stainless steel, flat , bright and clean.  2.  Two sides doors have mechanical or electronic interlock device, the two doors can’t open at the same time.  

3.  Electronic interlock pass box has door opening signal lamp on two sides of chamber, can obtain the opening status of opposite door.  

4.  Pass box has dedicated sealing rod to ensure air tight.  

5.  Can add indoor lamp and sterilizing lamp according to different applications  

6.  Can process to self-cleaning clean pass box or with other specifications and models according to user’s requirement.
