Q: What is your delivery date? A: Delivery time: 3-25days upon receiving your deposit and confirmation of product design.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: Can you send free samples? A: Yes, free samples are available; you just need to pay the express fee. You can provide your a/c like DHL, or you can call your courier to pick up from our office.
Q: What's your MOQ? A: We try to recommend the 20 foot FCL container, but we also support some small orders if the price is reasonable.
Q: What need I do if I want to print my own logo? A: First, pls send us your logo file in high resolution. We’ll make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will make some 1-2samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed.
