1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? We are a manufacturer with 2 locations, one is in Guangzhou, the other is in Hunan province.
2. What's the lead time for sample? Normally 5-7 working days if no special material or mould making; If it needs customize special material or new mould making, it needs 15-20 working days.
3. What about the sample charge? We will charge the sample in first cooperation, but we will refund after getting the mass production order.
4. What's the lead time for mass production? It's about 20-25 working days for mass production.
5. What's your payment term? 30% deposit in advance, 70% against scan copy of shipping doc.
