1.What's your delivery method?
A: Delivery will be made by means of FCL, LCL，air transportation, railway transportation and express delivery according to order quantity and customer's time reqirement.
2. What's your delivery time?
A : In general, delivery will made 7-14 d days after receipt of payment or deposit, dependent on order quantity, product type and number of types.
3.What's your payment term?
A: We accept payment via Paypal, West Union, T/T, L/C. Payment shall be made in full or in instalments according to terms and conditions.
4. How to get a sample from you?
A: Samples will be sent directly to you door to door by Express like DHL,Fedex, SF and TNT after you paying the sample fee. Delivery fee shall be collected on arrival if you have a DHL account or paid together with sample fee if you haven't a DHL account. Both the sample fee and sample freight will be taken into account of payment for the bulk order you place in the future. Mixed samples are welcomed.
5. Do you have MOQ limit for your products?
A: Very low
6. Can you print my LOGO on the product?
A: Yes, please inform us before start of production and confirm your design. We readily accept OEM/ODM from any customer. There is a MOQ limit for certain customized product.
7.What will we get from the packing box
A: The product, Specification sheet, Manual and accessory for certain products.
