Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Minimum 2 pcs' order accpeted. However we recommend >=20 pcs considering shipping cost.
Customize MOQ is 100pcs.
Q: Can you do customize?
A: Yes. With our English-speaking inhouse designer, we can provide size/color/pattern/label and other
customize per your request.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: RFS sample can be purchased at discounted retail price. Customized sample is priced at agreed cost.
Both can be deducted from bulk order (RFS >=10 pcs, customized >=100 pcs).
Q: Do you have designers?
A: Yes, we have our own design studio in Shanghai (YK Studio).
Q: How do you control your product quality?
A: First we use big brand yarns and accesories. Then we have QC officer inspecting our cooperation
factories on regular basis. We guarantee 100% inspection before shipping.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: We have regular stock for all products. RFS products can be shipped within 5 days after payment, or 15
days to bulk orders. Customize may take up to 1~2 month.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We accept T/T, Credit Card, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance and etc.
