1. Have you the experience in the industry?

Yes, we have only 10 years of solid experience of manufacturing in the touchscreen industry. We have 10 years of in-house successful quality control which makes the footstone of our products.

2. How will you control the quality of the products?

We adopts the long-term verification of all the components in our BOM of ERP, and uses the best quality products including the smallest fans and screws.

3. How will you manage my order/products?

Firstly, we will send you the PI to confirm with you about the details of the products along with the payment terms. The details of the products will consist all the key features and specifications of the products which, as a total, shaped your products from the configuration aspect.

Secondly, we will provide the product technical confirmation with the design, manufacturing standards, specifications of components, test procedures and packing as well as shipping methods.

Thirdly, we will fufill your order with the strict process which is same as you will make them personally------ We are always providing the most adequate products to you.

4. What kind of payment terms can you accept?

We can accept T/T, LC, West Union, Alipay, Paypal, e-check as well as others through Alibaba ESCROW(Trade Assurance).

5. Can you offer some credit?

Sorry, but we can't offer the credit on trade. Alternatively, you may check if Alibaba has given your account some credit in some countries. 

Also, you may also been given additional credit by percentage if you have a large order and your company has the installment arrangement with Alibaba Trade Assurance as above mentioned.

6. Where and how I can apply for a RMA/refund and aftersales service/maintenance?

You can contact with us directly and give us the evident of the claim: we will help you with the service of the RMA/refund process.

7. I haven't been in business with your before: how can I trust you?

Firstly our address is ZKTEK industry park in Shenzhen center area: we are well reviewed by our customers for 10 years; Secondly, we can use the Alibaba ESCROW(Trade Assurance) service: which you have the control from the PO till the delivery.

8. How long can I get my ordered items?

The whole turnover will depends on the total delay consist of 2 major process:

1. The production leadtime:

          Touchscreens: 15 days max;

          Kiosk machines: 25 days max;

          Industrial computers: 10 days max;

2. The shipment transit time for overseas shipment

•           By express: plus 5-7 days to your door.
•           By air: plus 5-10 days(3-5 days by direct flight) to your nearest airport;
•           By sea: plus 25-30 days from Shenzhen to USA
• 
  
• These 2 delay will also be effect by the production arrangement and the workload of the shipment lane.

9. How many discount can you give to me?

I can do our best to give you the best price at the time of order. You are always encouraged to ask for a better condition for your order: the market price is changing rapidly, and we will change our price level for you to better compete on the market.

We can also provide 2 percent spare parts as the discount for your maintenance purpose. 

10. Can you give me a pricelist of the spare parts?

No: we have 2 years of free service period. Also you can't use our spare parts on other machines because they are designed to a specific enclosure and with the specific working condition. 

If you still worry of the availability after 2 years, we can quote to you as a regular order. 

Anyway, our spare parts will always be available according to the industrial standard(3-5 years availability), but the model and the price will vary according to the condition of the supply of these spare parts.

If your order reached a certain quantity(i.e. 30/100 pcs), we will give you some additional spare parts to comfort your maintenance team; if you continue to cooperate with us on your project on yearly basis, we can provide the RMA replacement with new items on each shipment, so you have the ALL-new replaced items out of your returned RMA items. 

11. What's your payment term for the orders?

Sample: 100% payment in advance;

Custom items: 100% payment in advance;

ODM&NRE: 100% payment in advance;

OEM: 80% payment in advance, and 20% after inspection;

Standard items: 100% payment before shipment;

Software: 20% for order, 50% for first beta draft; 20% on release; 10% after deployment.

12. How can I be your distributors?

Firstly, you need to show us the needed experience in the products which you are about to distribute;

Secondly, you need to prepare a certain large quantity of products as quarter/half of your yearly sales task;

Third, you need to give us a full report of the competitors in your market, and your plan of action(POA) as a basic KPI reference for the evaluation of the existence of distributionship between you and ZKTEK.
