A: Quality first is our motto, and we have a professional QC department. They work full time. We check the quality of each order at least 3 times, any defected items will be rejected if found. Every staff in ZPX pay attention to the quality of the products.
4. Q: How can I get some samples? And sample lead time?
A:We usually provide existing samples for free. Regarding customized designs, we may consider charge for them and the sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity. Lead time for the sample is about 5-8 days after the receipt of your sample charge.
