Product Description:
Sanitary pressure relief breathing valve, also known as air filter, is installed in fermentation tank, storage tank, batching tank and distilled water tank. It can filter fermentation air, inert gas and other medium in and out of the tank to ensure the medium in the tank is aseptic. The sanitary rebreathing valve is specially used for tank gas exchanging in pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
Working Principle:
* Step 1: Set the working pressure within the specific range
* Step 2: When the tank medium pressure is within the set pressure range, the valve doesn't work, to maintain the tightness of the tank
* Step 3: Add the medium into the tank, the medium pressure increases and valve will open, letting the medium comes out from the valve outlet, in order to prevent the tank pressure continuing increasing
* Step 4: Remove the medium out of the tank, and the tank pressure drops below the set pressure range, the air outside the tank passes through the rebreather valve and is also filtered as well, in order to balance the medium pressure inside and outside the tank
* Step 2: When the tank medium pressure is within the set pressure range, the valve doesn't work, to maintain the tightness of the tank
* Step 3: Add the medium into the tank, the medium pressure increases and valve will open, letting the medium comes out from the valve outlet, in order to prevent the tank pressure continuing increasing
* Step 4: Remove the medium out of the tank, and the tank pressure drops below the set pressure range, the air outside the tank passes through the rebreather valve and is also filtered as well, in order to balance the medium pressure inside and outside the tank
