Working principle:
The mesh belt drying equuipment uses hot air as the drying medium, and the hot air is sent to the dryer through the induced draft fan ro dry the materials ; the processed materials are conveyed by multi-layer stainless steel mesh belts and passed through a multilayer loop in the dryer. After inverting, the hot air passes through the mesh belt and the material layer from bottom to top, and is dried layer by layer to finally achieve the purpose of drying. According to the difference of material moisture, the electronic control system can adjust the size of the induced draft fan, the running speed of the belt, and the temperature inside the dryer to ensure the best drying effect and maximize the efficiency.
