I. About The Product

The electric motor models of different manufacturers use different types of motors and motors. Some use three-phase permanent magnet AC synchronous motors, and some use three-phase induction AC asynchronous motors. Even for the same manufacturer, the motor models and motor types used in different generations are different. In order to highlight the key points, this training box selects the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor commonly used by domestic manufacturers, and displays its structure and working principle, and displays and operates it, fully reflecting the role exchange between the motor and the generator.

II.Features

1. Understand the structural composition and characteristics of commonly used permanent magnet synchronous motors and asynchronous induction motors: permanent magnet synchronous motors consist of stators with coils, permanent magnet rotors, and motor housings; asynchronous induction motors consist of stators with coils, The squirrel cage rotor, the motor housing and the speed feedback device.

2. Connect the motor and power supply according to the motor wiring diagram drawn on the panel; the motor is powered on as the motor function running demonstration, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor is powered on. By adjusting the speed control knob on the governor, the motor speed is controlled. Change the position of the positive reversal switch and observe the change of the direction of rotation; power on the asynchronous induction motor, adjust the speed and output torque of the positive asynchronous motor governor, change the position of the positive reversal switch, and observe the direction of rotation The change.

3. The motor is powered off, and the inertia operation of the energy storage wheel is converted into a generator function demonstration: the two running motors are powered off, so that they continue to operate by inertia. At this time, there is no power source. The stator coil is magnetically cut by the gas to generate an induced voltage, and the energy recovery indicator is illuminated. The higher the speed, the brighter the energy recovery indicator.

4. Observe the relationship between the speed and the output torque by observing the value change of the AC voltmeter on the panel.

5. Through the above experiments, verify the conclusion: for the motor, changing the frequency will change its speed, and changing the voltage will change its output torque.

6. Two 220V AC permanent magnet synchronous motors and 220V AC asynchronous motors are selected, one of which is used for normal operation, and the other is used for disassembly and is explosively installed on the panel to make structural recognition.
