4:What is a Voice message?
A: When you not at home, but your visitor pressing the call panel, after the 30s or 120S, the call panel will Auto say: Please leave a message so that when you come back home can check the video from the indoor monitor who is come to you and in what time.

5:Please explain transfer calling how to work with a Video door bell?
A: First our system supports connecting 6 indoor monitors, When the visitor press the call panel, Alina is answering the call, but the visitor is looking for Mom, and mom in the other room (No5 monitor ), So Alina can choose No5 transfer call to Mom.

6: Why 7-inch monitor resolution is 1024*600, the other company only 800*480?
