A3: Surely you can order a hat sample first, but we need to charge sample fee based on your design artwork.

A4: Our company have a person who checks the quality one by one. Also our company has the GMS certification (ISO9001:2015) . Our quality is certificated by customers.
Q5:How long will it take for the sample and mass production?
A5:Generally speaking , we need 4-6days to finish the samples, while it will take longer time for some complex design. And the lead time for production will take 15-25days .

A6:For small order, we accept 30% deposit, and balance after inspection before shipping. For big orders, we can accept LC at sight.

A7:Yes, we can arrange the shipping for you, and we normally ship the cap by DHL, FedEx, UPS etc, also we can send it by sea and air if the quantity is quite large.
