Product packaking

Direct packaging: 
60 capsules packed in a 200 ml jar in white colour manufactured by POLIPACK Sp. z o.o., Type 5 PET 38-400 200 ml, made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), intended for contact with food, with a white closure manufactured by POLIPACK Sp. z o.o., with a diameter of 38 mm, made of polypropylene (PP), with self adhesive protective liner. The product is secured against unintended opening by a transparent heat-shrink seal with perforation manufactured by KREA Sp. z o.o.  

Secondary packaging:
Unit cardboard box with dimensions of 60x60x120 mm made of solid board coated GC2 Alaska Plus with a weight of 255 g/m2, with automatic point-glued bottom, with a hot-stamping logo, secured with UV varnish. Folded internal information leaflet with dimensions of 165x240 mm, printed on Medical paper with a weight of 45 g/m2.  

Transport packaging:
Transport cardboard box with dimensions of 670x335x490 mm, made of grey three-layer cardboard – C wave with a weight of 450 g/m2. 

Storage

Expiry date:
24 months from the production date. The content of the packaging should be consumed within 60 days after opening.  

Shelf life and batch number:
See at the bottom of the packaging.  

Storage conditions:  
Store the finished product in a sealed package in a dry place, away from direct sunlight at 18-25°C. Keep out of reach of small children.  

Warnings:
The product is intended for adults. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Healthy lifestyle and balanced diet are important. Not suitable for children, pregnant or lactating women.
