2. Can you add my logo on the bag? A: Yes, we can There are customization options of silk printing, sublimation, embroidery, pyrograph,rubber patch etc. Please send your logo to us and we will suggest the best way.
3. I am a new entrepreneur, can I order a small quantity to start with? A: Yes of course. There is no MOQ limit for stock, 1pc is possible as our first trail order. But it's 200pcs for one design as OEM/ODM order.
4. When can I get the tracking number? A: After we get your payment, the goods will be delivered to Alibaba warehouse by domestic express.
The tracking number will come out when Alibaba warehouse receive the package within 1-3 working days.
5. How is your quality guarantee? A: We have professional QC department to examine every single bag strictly before shipment.
We will be 100% responsible for the damaged goods which is caused by our improper sewing or packaging.
