Description
This machine is for modified atmosphere packaging, which is good for different kinds of food. It can extend the shelf life, keep the good taste, and keep fresh color.
User only need to put tray on the machine, the machine will automatic feed trays into a closed chamber for MAP pack and then output trays with high speed. This way save man labor, and avoid further touch between worker and food.
This machine is suitable to be built with a whole packing line, working together with automatic tray feeder, label machine, weight machine, metal detector. we can offer them all if there is need.

How to set touch screen
* We leave holes on gas mixer. Please connect them with gas source directly. Inflow gas pressure shall be 0.2-0.3Mpa.
* User can adjust gases ratio on touch screen of tray sealer. After mix, it will store gas mixture in 2pcs gas tanks.
* User can set time of vacuum/gas fill/seal, also temperature.
* The touch screen will alarm for insufficient gas source inflow.
