Motorized Traveling Anti Drift Welding Rotator WWL 80T Tank Turning Rolls With PU Wheel

 

1.  The anti drift welding rotator is composed by power rotator, idler rotator, control box & pendant controller. 
    


2. Mechanical anti drift structure is attached at side of the idler rotator. 
    


3. The power rotator is dual driven by heavy duty AC motor for each wheel.
    


4. The DC electronic function or inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
    


5. The heavy duty wheels are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage
