PTFE sheet for heat press in thickness of 0.23mm and 0.25mm provides non-stick surface under low and high temperature from -100° to +500° F , basic fiberglass fabric is light weight and strong, it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and relatively high thermal conductivity, PTFE coating turn its surface into a non-stick surface which makes this composite material perfect for hot sealing, heat pressing, mold releasing and stamping.

Food industry for Baking
PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is widely used as baking liner, place one piece of this baking sheet in your baking tray, it will turn your tray into a non stick baking tray, the biscuit will just slip from the sheet after baking, nothing will stick on the sheet and at the same time keep your baking tray clean
Heat Transfer Printing
PTFE fiebrglass is used as a non-stick cover sheet to protect the design from the top heat platen when you are processing multiple heat pressing. Place one piece of Teflon sheet between shirt and platen, put another one inside of the T-shirt to prevent the front and back fabric stuck together under high heat.
Crafting
PTFE fiberglass fabric also works as a pad when doing arts, pottery, silkscreen, and rubber stamping to make your creation work easier, because it is just wipe clean due to nonstick surface.
