What is GTO Derma Roller?
GTO Derma Rolling is also known as GTO micro-needling, GTO Derma Rollers are made of many high grade micro needles which roll over and penetrate the skins upper surface painlessly. These revolutionary devices provide two major benefits.
Firstly, they stimulate collagen growth which significantly improves the appearance of scars, fine lines, wrinkles, stretch mark, and acne scars.

2.When using different kinds of GTO derma roller?
You should choose GTO derma roller which will be suitable according to its purpose of treatment before operation.Here are needle length choices below:
1) For the improvement of the skin color:0.2,0.25,0.3,0.5
(used for improvement of the whole skin color,for the solution of partial pigmentation problem,etc)
2) For the skin regeneration:1.0 1.5
(used for solutions of thin epidermis,thin wrinkle,decline of elasticity,etc)
3) For the anti-aging&rejuvenation of ruined skin:1.5 2.0
(used for solutions of thick wrinkle,large pore,injury scar,pimple scar,severe decline of elasticity,etc)
1)Soak about 5-8 minutes with 75% alcohol,Or use ultraviolet to disinfect for about 45 minutes.Do not use autoclaves,steam and high temperature sterilization methods
2)Apply suitable nutritional lotion/cream on area of skin that the roller is to be used.
3)Roll backwards and forwards 4-5times keeping the speed and pressure uniform thereby creating more micro vessels.
4)Move the roller four times at least in four directions(on the skin that needs care).
5)Apply nutrition or mask products on the skin that requires care in case of skin inflammation.
5.How often can you use the GTO Derma Roller?
We recommend using the GTO Derma Roller once or twice a week on the same skin area or you can do another treatment just after your skin recovering from the last time treatment,or you can ask your cosmetologist for advice depending on special individuals.

1)For every GTO Derma Roller,it is more better to be used for 10-30 times per GTO Derma Roller.

1. How is the Derma roller procedure performed & does it hurt?
The skin is cleaned and afterwards numbed with an appropriate numbing cream so it should not hurt at all. Skin is thoroughly needled in such a way, that each skin part is needled about 15 to 20 times. An even flushing is the best indication for a perfect medical performance.
2. Can the Derma roller be performed on any skin colour?
Since Derma roller does not use thermal heat (unlike IPL & Lasers) it is safe to use on all skin types and all skin colours. There is no risk of post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
3. How often can the Derma roller procedure be repeated?
For Collagen Induction Therapy we recommend to start with 3 treatments, but with a minimum separation time of 6 to 8 weeks between treatments. For Scar Reduction Therapy an average of 3 to 5 treatments are recommended, with an improvement of 70-80%. Unlike ablative procedures for facial skin only, the Derma roller can be used on all skin parts of the body (neck, décolleté, arms, legs, etc).
4. What are the side effects of a Derma roller procedure?
There are virtually no negative side effects, and none have ever been reported in over 150,000 procedures performed worldwide.
5. Are there any risks of post-op infections?
Since the tiny pricking channels close within one hour, and provided the procedure is done under clinical conditions, post-op infections are very unlikely.
