Performance Descriptions

 

WA-7 series abrasive grain is a kind of high bulk density alumina abrasive grain manufactured by Yize, whose bulk density is above 1.70. It has high hardness, high purity, narrow particle size distribution, strong sharpness, and its toughness is higher than conventional corundum. In addition, It has strong material removal rate on grinding performance. Compared with conventional white fused alumina abrasive grains, WA–7 series has high abrasion ratio, great surface processing quality, high grinding efficiency and other advantages.

 

 

Application Fields

 

It is not only advanced abrasive material, but also advanced grinding and polishing material. Abrasive products composed of WA-7 series abrasive grains are suitable for grinding high carbon steel, high speed steel and various kinds of stainless steel.
