Carbonated water filling machine.
This type machine is mainly used in filling &packing soft drinks(carbonated drinks),sush as Coca cola,Pepsi,sprite,aerated water etc,it is suitable for PET bottle.
The PET bottle is with screw capping, it can be equipped with aluminum cap and plastic cap
The machine contains Washing,Filling and Capping three functions together in one.
It runs automatic by advanced MITSUBISHI PLC controller with reliable HMI touch screen.
The conveyor runs by frequency changer,it synchronous with the host inverter makes bottle feeding more stable and reliable
Reliable phptoelectric detection,high-efficiency fully automatic production,simple operation

Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough..
3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
4. High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid lose.
5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
