Large Capacity Flake Ice Maker Machine 30tons/day
Kingwell F Series Flake Ice Machine produces flake ice , which can be widely used in many industries. We have two types: fresh water type and seawater type. The daily capacity ranges from 500kg to 20tons in 24 hours(Or we can custom made as per your requests). Customers can choose the type according to their sites and supply water.

Main Features
1). Under PLC program control system, ice discharge automatically: hygienic and labor-saving;
2). Emergency Alarm: Your people will be alarmed once the emergency happens;
3). Use stainless steel 304 / 316 or carbon steel evaporator drum. The scratching-style system inside machine ensures constant running at the lowest power consumption, exquisite welding and processing technology ensure high-efficiency heat transfer and energy saving.

Suit for refreshing vegetable, fruit, food stuff in supermarket; blast cooling for processing of fishery products and butchery; cooling process in fermentation, dairy production; chemical dyes; cooling in concrete and mining, etc.;

* Above capacity based on makeup water temperature of 21℃ and evaporating temperature of -20℃.
Ambient temperature 25℃. The actual capacity will be changed by different ambient &make-up water temp.

Flake Ice
Flake ice is dry, pure, powder-less, not easy to block.Its thickness is about 1.8mm-2mm, without edges or corners
which can protect the cooling food, fish, seafood ad other products;
Evaporator drum
1). carbon steel or stainless steel 304 for fresh water.
2). Stainless steel 316 for sea water.
Outlet of flake ice machine
The flake ice will fall down from this outlet.
