Strict Process control during the production
National standards focus on batch testing of manufactured products. However, according to the European standard ISO21003, EFIELD pays attention to the inspection of production process and the detection frequency is much higher than the national standard.
During the production process, 300mm sample tubes are reserved for each coil of pipe and marked the production date. The sample tubes are used for stripping test and expanding test. Each roll of rewinding pipe is tested by pressing test and shot blasting test.
