Features:

This machine is used for the emergency shutdown when an accident occurs in the belt conveyor.

Working Principle:

When there is an emergency at the tape transportation site, the steel wire rope attached to the rope switch lifting

ears can be pulled, so that the slider inside the machine controls the internal micro switch to actuate and send out

a shutdown or alarm signal. The automatic reset model will automatically reset after loosening the wire rope. The

manual reset model can only be reset after operating the reset handle.

Use&Installation

1. The switch is pressed on the fixed bracket of the rack in a balanced manner.

2. Tie the steel wire rope to the pull rings at both ends, and the rope on each side should not exceed 30M(it should be shortened when there is a slope).

3. The pressure of the pull rope should be appropriate to ensure the reliable reset of the switch.

4. The pull rope is set along the parallel direction of the rape, and a lifting ring is added every 3M.

5. The steel wire rope can be purchased according to the specifications required by the user.
