The main structure of automatic feeding mixer is composed of walking chassis, engine, hydraulic torque converter, front and rear double drive bridge, feeding device, feed hopper, discharge hopper, extended discharge hopper, frame, mixing drum, special reducer for mixing, hydraulic system, electric control system, automatic water feeding system, etc. Here, I will introduce some features of the automatic feeding mixer in detail. The specific features are as follows:

1. The rotation of the mixer drum is driven by the hydraulic motor through a special planetary reducer. The output shaft of the planetary reducer can realize a certain angle swing to meet the beating of the mixer drum under bad road conditions.

2. Constant power variable piston pump is used in the hydraulic system to reduce the power loss of the engine.

3. The water inlet system can automatically feed water according to the metering setting.

4. Dry material feeding: according to the designed proportion, it is automatically fed by shovel arm, boom cylinder and quantitative hopper.

5. Double spiral blades are set on the inner wall of the mixing drum of the automatic feeding mixer, which rotate in the positive direction for feeding and concrete mixing; in the reverse direction, the concrete is discharged from the discharge port under the push of the spiral blades.

6. The traveling system is composed of engine, front and rear transmission shafts and front and rear axles. The invention adopts a front and rear double axle driving form. The hydraulic torque converter is used to reduce the impact on the engine and prolong the service life of the engine.
