8. Do you provide software?

As a hardware producer, We suggest you to get software in local because of the using habit.

9. What about the after-sale service?

We provide full technical support on our products, if there is a machine doesn’t work,a free parts will be sent to you by free to replace,if it still not working, we will send you a new one.
