We have more than 40 injection molding machines ( 150 g -8000 g), 6 twin-screw extruder production lines, 20 synthetic thatch production lines, 6 silicone machines, 3 automatic printing machines, 1 mould manufacturing house, 1 laboratory room, 200 employees more, more than 30 years experience of R&D and management in plastic industry.
There are professional scientific researchers, materials research laboratories, experimental centers, and testing equipments to carry out nano plastic research, new product development, and customized proofing.
We use plastic resin raw materials from brand manufacturers, add weathering agents, anti-UV agents, light stabilizers, heat stabilizers and adopt the international leading product formula to ensure product life. Our products have passed material test certification, fire protection level certification, strength test, weather resistance test, fading test, life span test in complex environment, by TUV or SGS.
